• One hour of digging, which is typically all that is needed

• Cleaning filter if present and water is available

• Research and typing the report

• Answering questions before, during, and after the inspection

Each town may have additional requirements above and beyond the scope put in place by the state of Massachusetts.

Only items that the town requires will be mandated.

Some items that could increase the cost are listed below:

• Digging deep holes 

• Difficulty finding components

• Install new filter - highly recommended if it isn't already in place

• Install cover

• Install riser to bring Tank or Distribution Box to surface 

• Replace missing or broken Tee

• Water analysis on well
