We do minor repairs including filters, risers, and new covers if needed at an additional cost.
Hand shovel and tarps are used to help protect your lawn. We try our best to leave your yard in a similar condition to the way it was when we arrived.
Filters are highly recommended and should be cleaned at least once per year. If able to do so, we clean them as part of the inspection.
Vent pipes are sometimes located in the yard. They should be accessible, but can be hidden behind bushes, fake stones, or inside a post.
